Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes. Eligible first-time customers receive 15% off their first order automatically—no code required. Shopify applies the offer when the order meets the discount requirements.

When is shipping free?

Free domestic shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more. Shopify determines final eligibility at checkout after applicable discounts and shipping rules.

When will my order arrive?

Available delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your address. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Is the packaging discreet?

Orders are shipped in standard outer packaging. Product and carrier labels required for delivery may still appear.

What if glass arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, and keep all packaging while we review the claim.

Can I return a used piece?

No. For health and hygiene reasons, used smoking items cannot be returned. Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

Are colors and designs always identical to the photos?

Some pieces are offered in multiple variants. Select an available option before adding it to your cart. Minor color or pattern differences may occur where noted.

How do I choose the right piece?

Check the product dimensions, material, joint size, included parts, and care notes. You can also use the Shop menu or Piece Finder to narrow the selection.
