Shipping

We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Free domestic shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more. Shopify determines final eligibility at checkout after applicable discounts and shipping rules.

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery timing are displayed at checkout for your address. Tracking is emailed after the fulfillment partner dispatches the order. Carrier delays can occur after dispatch and are outside our direct control.

Please review your name and shipping address before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins.

Discreet Fulfillment

Orders are shipped in standard outer packaging. Product and carrier labels required for delivery may still appear.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, merchandise must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. For health and hygiene reasons, any smoking item that has been used cannot be returned.

Do not send merchandise back before receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect glass and accessories as soon as the package arrives. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on inventory and the circumstances.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
